Encourage everyone (the community, church, or business leaders – civic or not) to join in the conversation of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Remove the outdated traditions that have been used to harbor passivity as a means to elevate privilege.
Therefore, ACCEPT that diversity, equity and inclusion has been neglected. Second, EVALUATE how efficient your organization is being in these topics. And finally, ACT on means to do better.
